Hi all,
I’m sure I’m just having a pre-christmas brain freeze, but am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I need to locate a transaction/order that occurred over the weekend for a particular performance (it appears a ticket was sold on the 19th for a show that was on the 12th). I’m assuming it’s an exchange in previous order that went wrong.
I have the perf no, and a list of all batches from the day of the transaction. Is there anything I can do that’s not a completely manual process?

If you have access to Sql Server Management Studio then you can run the following query, This will give you the Order Number.
SELECT Distinct
order_no
FROM
T_SUB_LINEITEM
WHERE
perf_no = ####
AND create_dt > '12-17-2009'
or you could paste the following query into list manager as a manual edit and generate the list and it will give you the customer number.
SELECT DISTINCT
o.customer_no
T_SUB_LINEITEM s JOIN
T_ORDER o ON o.order_no = s.order_no
s.perf_no = ####
AND s.create_dt > '12-17-2009'
