Wondering what Worker Types and Worker Rolls organizations are using, and the reasons for the choices.
We are currently working with the following Worker Rolls TR_Worker_Role
1. Development Officer (Primarily responsible for Strategy related to Patron)
2. Staff (Any staff
3. Solicitor (A leader in the organization that will make the ask)
4 Board (Board Member who will be involved in ask)
We are using the following Worker Types TR_WORKER_TYPE
-1 Default Worker Type (We are working toward deactivating this one.)
1 Board
2 Staff
Thoughts?
we use ours a little different. For worker roles we have solicitor and worker. The Solicitor is the main contact for the plan, that can be a board member or staff member. The worker is anyone secondary to the plan.
For type we use Default, Staff, Board, and Volunteer. We have committee members who are not on the board so we created Volunteer to track their fundraising also.
