We are new to RAMP and we were wondering what ALL the options are for the 2X Client - RAMP: Info screen?
Right now I have icons for Security, Security TEST, Live, Test, T-Stats, Password Rest, Ramp FileViewer Live, and RAMP FileViewer Test.
I haven't been able to find a master list of all our options/whats included with RAMP. We want to start utilizing Tess/Ramp to it's fullest but we don't know what options were missing.

We are also a RAMP user, but it might be a little different as we are in the UK.
The Security and Tessitura icons are separated for the LIVE & TEST environment. I always ask my users to try new stuff in the TEST system first, for obvious reasons! They are distinguished by the colour, Orange=LIVE and Green=Red.
We have LIVE & TEST for fileviewer too. These folders hold the links for where extractions go, Import formats and Custom Documentation.
If you are using T-Stats and RMA the icons also live here.
Additionally you might have Infomaker. Not a great product.
You might also find Email Templates for LIVE & TEST.
Last (but from my perspective, most important) Management Studio. You also get a link to the remote desktop, where you find SSMS and BIDS if you use them.
You can create links for all these on your local desktop, which I find much easier than going to the Remote Desktop first.
RAMP will be moving to Citrix fairly soon, I'm sure you will have been told. But I think the access and icons will remain pretty much as they are, it's just the initial access that will change and be web based.
