I ran the Delete Promotions and Sources utility to remove promotions as we'd added more members to the mailing list and I thought this would allow me to re-promote the same source. However, a few patrons had already contributed using the source so I couldn't delete those promotions. When I tried re-creating the promotion using the Create Promotions utility, no promotions are created.
How can I re-promote the source?
