Open Table integrations?

Does anyone's organization have a restaurant?  If so, are you integrating with any third party reservation services?  Like Open Table?

    Hi Frannie,

     

    We’ve got a restaurant, but do the reservations entirely on Tessitura (and online- we’re a TNEW site).  That being said, we don’t reserve specific tables… We like it much better than our old way of having Tess AND 3rd party system that didn’t integrate!

    We have several restaurants in our building, run by a catering company, and we book through Tessitura via our Call Centre and online. One of our restaurants has its own separate website, which uses Open Table but its not integrated in anyway at all.

    Hi Frannie,

    I saw yout post. I was curious where you are at with this project. We also have a restaurant and use Open Table. We are currently weighing out the pros and cons for 3rd party integration or switching to Tessitura only reservation system.

    Hi Amy,

    The project has been tabled (no pun intended).

    Which third party are you looking at?  We haven't done further investigation.

    Thanks. We currently use Open Table in our restaurant but we weighing out working towards an integration between the two systems or shifting everything to Tessitura. Right now we make reservations in both systems and manually maintain the reservation list.
