Tracking Racial Diversity in Tessitura

This question has been posted in the Development forum, but I am adding it here to hit a different group. Is anyone tracking race in Tessitura? I would be interested in your organization's philosophy relating to recording this information or deciding not to record this information. Secondly, where are you storing it if you do save it?
