Has anyone else seen any process locking in the db recently? We have had this happen twice in the last two days where staff have been doing setup for next season, gotten their SQL Server session locked, and then Tess grinds to a halt for all.
I can easily kill the offending process to resolve the issue, and a high ticket volume for one group has prevented me from really taking time to investigate as thoroughly as I'd like. But this is two more t
The fact that it was setup for next year (one staff was setting up pricing, another a new GL and facility) is the only common thread I have at this point. If I have more info I'll put in a ticket, but just wondering if I'm alone in this or someone else has seen these symptoms.
