BOCA printer problems & Windows 10

Since our ticket office computers have updated to Windows 10, they no longer want to share the BOCA printer with other network printers.   We have contacted our IT consultants and BOCA, not getting resolution.  We have looked at print drivers and all the basic/obvious culprits.  Please help!   Is anyone experiencing this and/or have advice?

  • Easiest way is to install the printer as an IP printer on your server acting as DC, and share it from there. That is how we have done it since Tessitura version 3, and have never had an issue with workstation access. Obviously, keep drivers as Generic/Text only, and assign “Everyone” full permissions.
