Transcend/AVS/General Public Accounts

So, how do we set the general public constituent account to have a default postal codes?

I have read that the general public account needs to have a postal code in order to accept these type of transactions using AVS.  Does this mean we have to create a real constituent account to use for Night of Show - Walkup sales?

Help!!

    I think this entry in the cc_server.ini took care of that for us:

    [Transcend]
    DefaultPostalCode=20003
