Emailing Tessitura Reports

Hi Robert,

One question for clarification… When the reports stop emailing, is the report server hanging or does the report server appear to be running normally, but the emails are just not getting sent out?

For the past few years we have been emailing reports out of Tessitura. The problem we have is that all of the sudden the reports will stop emailing and we have to reboot the reports server. We have had a number of task tickets and so far have not been successful in solving this issue. I was wondering if anyone else in the network is having this issue and have been able to find a solution
