Issue with SSRS

Recently upgraded to v12.5 on a new SQL server (2014).  Having issues running SSRS from within Tessitura.  After entering parameters and selecting run, it comes back with 'Server Error in /TessituraWeb Application'.  I have compared the config against our v11 setup (tess and reporting services config mgr) and they seem identical.  I did see that in our v11 setup there was a tessitura services for webreports install on the local db server.  I do not see that in our v12.5 environment (assuming no longer needed).  Any thoughts?

  • Hi Scott,

I’m not sure if I had the same issue as you, but my ASP.net State Service wasn’t running and I was receiving errors.  Once I started that again, my ssrs reports stopped erroring out.

    Cheers,

    Kathleen

  • Thanks, that was it.  The service was set to manual, changed to auto and away we went.  Odd that we did not have this issue with the older version as it is running on the same server.

    Thanks again.
