Hi all,
One of our consortium partners have recently upgraded one of their box office machines to Windows 10 and since then, they have been unable to select the BOCA as a printer in Tessitura.
My knowledge of BOCA installation is basic and as far as my experience goes, once the BOCA is installed on the machine, it's available to select in Tessitura.
Has anyone experienced this problem with Windows 10 and knows of a resolution? Or does anyone have any troubleshooting guidelines I can follow?
I've asked them to check that the BOCAs properties state that it's a 'Generic/Text Only' model but I'm waiting to hear back on this.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
