Zip Code Pulls

Hi All,

We are fairly new to Tess and just had our ticketing history pulled in from our legacy system yesterday. We need to pull some information on Zip Codes for Marketing. I was trained on T-Stats but I just found out that history that is brought into the system is not able to be pulled on in T-Stats.

What I need to pull:

Zip Codes from the last 2 years and the $ amounts we have sold to them as well as the number of constituents in that Zip Code that we sold to. It would also be great if we could have the number of tickets that were sold to that Zip Code but is not necessary if we can't. The bad part is I need this by Monday.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Sincerely,
Daniel

I'm trying to create a criteria in List Manager that only looks at the Primary Postal Code. I'd originally thought just having the Primary Address Flag criteria in my List would limit it, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Unfortunately everything I've tried thus far won't work. I can make it work in SSRS, but can't figure out where to put my WHERE clause in the T_KEYWORD table since I don't want the criteria to be a dropdown.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Or, indeed, if you've transitioned to v12.x and adopted the new standard ticket history format, it would be T_TICKET_HISTORY.... Or if you were in our consortium, with a re-customised version, it would be LT_TICKET_HISTORY
