Shared Reports - Help us help you!

Did you know there are over 150 offerings in our Shared Reports Library, contributed by users like you? Each report has been through quality control and each is kept up-to-date with the system (a great way to perpetuate the knowledge sharing that occurs in the community!). A small disclaimer: these reports worked for the organization that developed them. You will want to test and in some cases, make adjustments to fit your specific needs.

There are currently 151 entries in the TASK Shared Reports library, comprised of Infomaker reports and custom screens, SSRS reports, SQL utilities, and custom interceptors and plugins provided by licensees to augment the standard Tessitura offerings.  From Ticketing to Development to Education, there’s really something for everyone.

Here are a few examples:

  • Print at Home Gift Certificate Service: This service allows you to sell gift certificates for print at home via TNEW. These can be sent to the purchaser or the recipient by email or by post. If email is selected, TNEW saves the certificate details including an optional message to the recipient. A Windows Service then uses a PDF template to generate a Print at Home Gift Certificate and email that to the customer.
  • Enhanced Constituent Search Plugin: This is a service plugin for the ConstituentService Interceptor Layer. This plugin enhances Tessitura's single line search abilities. Custom tokens are used to search Tessitura. The search tokens can be expanded upon and tailored to each organization's requirements.
  • Users to Inactivate Report: This report shows active usernames who haven’t logged into Tessitura in the given number of days and active usernames who have never logged in. Excludes solicitors and executives.

Accessing the Shared Reports Library is easy:

1. Log into tessituranetwork.com

2. Click Software Support in the grey ribbon at the top of the page
 
3. Click Login under SUPPORT TICKETS in the left-hand column
 
4. Click the TASK Login button
 
5. Find “You are in the User Support Tickets workspace” and click User Support Tickets
 
6. From the dropdown that appears, choose Shared Reports


A post is made to the Tessitura Shared Reports forum whenever a new Shared Reports solution is added.  Be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss anything!

If your organization has developed any custom solutions that you are willing to share with everyone, please download and complete the Shared Reports Contributor Template from Solution 72 in the Shared Reports workspace in TASK.  Send that, along with all solution components, to sharedreports@tessituranetwork.com and we will post your creative solutions for everyone's benefit and you will be a hero to your peers as you have been to your own organization!
