We've been asked to find a way for our car parking vouchers to have a unique bar code compared to our performance bar codes, despite both performances & car parking being set up in the same way - as a performance within Tessitura - we print the NSCAN number based on the data group: Seat.
This is to integrate with external car parking scanners where customers will simply scan their pre booked car parking voucher to enter / leave the car park, the problem is, we do not want customers to be able to scan their show tickets to enter/exit.
Has anyone had any similar requests / found the best way to specify a unique NSCAN number for a specific performance?

Hey Chloe,
Not sure if this will suit your exact requirements ...through using the masking in Ticket Design Element Properties, you can change the barcode number to have a static prefix on it (eg: in your car park voucher ticket design, the barcodes can be set to always display with 123 in front of the actual barcode number).
This means that the Tessitura barcode number is still what it usually is, but what prints out on the ticket is unique, with more digits and therefore in a different number range to performance tickets.
