TranScend setup issue

We are just converting to TranScend and are getting an error message when the Tessiutra CC Server is launched. The error message reads "Value for port in the .ini file, 12001, does not match the value in the database, 12000. The .ini file will be used."

I reviewed all the setups notes and configurations, and I cant find what this is referring to..

any help or suggestions?

    There are 2 ports noted in the cc_server.ini file.  The ProcessorPort in the [TranScend] section should match the port set up in the TranScend ASCII gateway.  The PORT in the [Server] section should match the CCSERVER_PORT setting in T_DEFAULTS.  These must be 2 different ports.  It sounds like you have the PORT setting in the [Server] section of cc_server.ini set to 12001 and the CCSERVER_PORT in T_DEFAULTS set to 12000.
     
    I hope correcting these port settings solves the problem, but if not, please submit a help ticket so that Support can help you determine the problem.
