Is there anyone out there who has created an application in Tessitura for tracking the actors/artists who have appeared in our shows?
We would like to be able to look back, e.g. and see which shows they have been in and other detailed information about their performances/contracts, etc.
Thanks, Richard
We only go so far as to track that actors/designers/directors/stage managers were part of various productions using attributes. I'd love to hear if anyone else has gone further than that.

We track artists in all performances using what’s there in ticketing setup. We have discussed having contract data in artist accounts, and got as far as setting up a table with some legacy information that is sitting in Tessitura, but not connected to anything on the display side yet (meaning a custom screen).
I and others have been asking for a place in Artist Maintenance to reference a Tessitura account so that all could tie together.
I’d love to hear what others are doing.

I'm going to admit up front that I'm not really up to spead on this topic, and that I don't have all the information that you may need in this regard. However, I know of a Chicago company that has been working on an Artist management application for these purposes. I beleive the intent was to interface the application with Tessitura some how at some point.
We don't have these sort of needs so I've not kept up on the development progress of this application, but I think it's been released into production use. Please feel free to contact me off forum and I'd be happy to provide the company and principal contact information. I don't know if it's appropriate to do so in an open forum.
We build a "constituent" for our shows and associate all our cast and crew to the constituent. These have their own const type to help keep them out of lists/extractions. Not ideal but it works.
