Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to include the seat Section (from Facility manager) on an order confirmation?
We have our zones currently setup as merged (Mezzanine A and Orchestra A are both Zone A), and I'm hoping we can include section on the confirmation emails that go out to confirm what section the patron is seated in.
Any advice would be very helpful.

Thanks to everyone for their advice.
For our particular circumstance, it was easily solved by an out of the box system table (we are TNEW/ RAMP users):
System table: LTR_TNEW_CART_SETTINGS
Set "showSection" to Y.
This turns on the section for both the TNEW cart and the email confirm.
No coding necessary, fortunate for me! ...wish I would have found the table sooner.
