Hi all,
We have a youth ticket program that asks for a birthday when the patrons signs up. Now I've found out that the format displayed on a our website (MM/DD/YYYY) does not match what Tessitura likes (YYYY-MM-DD). And that doesn't even take into account people who type in June 14, 1990 in to the text box.
Does anyone have a process for fixing this? And for preventing it in the future? My plan right now is to export them all, reformat, and re-import them all with a temporary table. I hope there is a better way.
