Hoping someone might have had a previous experience or insight into an update we’re hoping to make. We account for per ticket fees as a separate price layer. We would like to increase the per ticket fee we charge and at the same time reduce the non-fee portion by the same amount. So the price paid by the customer will remain the same, we’re just updating our internal accounting of the two layers.
The change for future purchases is easy enough to make in pricing setup, however this decision was unfortunately reached after sales for the coming season had already begun. Limited to just season ticket renewals at the moment, fortunately.
Is there any way, without individually unseating and reseating every order, to make those updates retroactively apply to existing orders? We haven’t done any printing for the season in question, so if we have to apply the change by unseating and reseating we can, but would like to avoid it if at all possible.
Anyone have cause to make a similar update or have any suggestions?
