We are considering offering our education classes on our website.
We often do not receive full payment at the time of enrollment only a deposit with the balance due prior to the first class.
Does anyone have a purchase path similar to this that they are using on their website?
We do this for our Summer Studio Week program for kids. It works very much like regular ticketing, except the price type is "Deposit" and the ticket office follows up with these purchasers to get information (child's name, etc.) and final payment. In the order, the deposit seat is exchanged for the actual full payment price type, and the amount due is the difference.
POP did some customization of the regular purchase path (which they also did for us) but as i said it's very similar to the regular ticketing path.
