Is anyone else using CallGuard and DataShield from Eckoh/Veritape?

We currently have the CallGuard on-site filter in place to detect and remove the DTMF tones from call recordings but have not made any progress on integrating the DataSheild element with Tessitura to mask the card data on screen.
