Scheduled Report Notification

I imagine someone here might have the answer -- I've set up a scheduled report on monday morning, and it has run successfully, but every time I log into Tessitura, I get a message box that says:
"1 of your scheduled reports have been run and are available for viewing.
Note: Scheduled reports are automatically deleted after 60 days"

I would like this box to show up once, after the report has been run, but I want it to stop popping up every time I open up Tesstura.  Help? (FYI I am running Tessitura 9.0.0.1)

  • I saw that option and assumed that I wouldn’t get any alerts at all… I will investigate how to get the email notifications sent to me.

    Thanks!

    Gabriel,

Under Tools – Preferences  there is a check box called Display Alert for Waiting Reports.  If you uncheck this check box, the pop-ups will stop.  The problem with doing that is that I don’t believe you’ll be notified when the report is run (not through a pop-up).  I have my scheduled reports emailed to me so I know they ran.  If I don’t get the email each morning, I know there was a problem and can investigate.
