We don't accept true bank debit cards so we turned that option to "false" in the triPOS.config. However, the option is still given to the user on the reader to choose Visa Debit Card or US Bank Debit Card (for example). If they choose the bank option, it will cancel the transaction. If they choose the Visa option, it asks them for the PIN like it is a debit card. I can't seem to find documentation on how to get the bank card option removed and the credit card debit card to go through like a credit card. Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't found the magic combo of config settings to make this happen.
Other option: Fancy sign that says "Please Choose Credit Card Option But Be Prepared To Punch In Your PIN". :)
