Surveys through API??

There’s a full CRUD resource at Txn/SurveyResponses.  Txn/ModeOfSaleSurveyQuestions handles which survey questions are asked for each order.  SurveyQuestions are set up using ReferenceData/SurveyQuestions.  Finally, Txn/ModesOfSale handles whether surveys are even asked for a particular mode of sale and the frequency at which they are asked.
