NScan User settings test sound or error sound does not work

Hi all,

One of our NScan MC55A phones running windows embedded handheld 6.5 scanner sound has stopped working. We've tried reinstalling a clean version of Nscan and the sound that comes from scanning a ticket does not work. Even the test buttons in the User Settings do not provide feedback for the scanner sound. The device itself has operational sound though.

Appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this issue.
