Is there any documentation in the help system or on here that describes everything you need to do to set up Tessitura on the Go? I've done a website search as well as looked at help and could not find anything. We use V12.1.

I will add that the "help" information that is available is not very helpful at all. Sure, it tells you how to use this but it doesn't tell you how to set it up.
As "TessituraWeb" is required for SSRS reports to be accessed from within the client, you should be able to access the TOTG application already; at least from inside the firewall. This is the documentation for setting up TOTG to be web-accessible:
