Folks,
We're seeing that when a customer makes a contribution via the web API and worker is automatically assigned when the contribution is viewed in the contributions tab. It's always the same constituent - the problem is that the worker assigned appears to be a constituent that is not a worker or member of staff.
I can't find a value in T_DEFAULTS or an explanation in the Help system. We're working on v12.5.
I can't work out how this worker is attributed to the contribution - can anyone give me a clue?

We're not running 12.5 but are in the middle of our upgrade and I read that you need to assign a worker ID to your web user in Security. We have our set to record our company constituent as the worker.
