Phone Append

We have recently done an NCOA update with success.  

Now we are working on Phone Append.  I exported without a problem.   I received the data for Phone Append and tried an Import with a 10-record test file.   It didn't work.   

The first error message we got is:    SQLState = 22001, NativeError = 0

error = [Microsoft][SQL Server native Client 10.0] String data, right truncation

Then more of the same.

I noticed that the incoming file does not contain headers, I don't know if this is the problem.   Any ideas?
