Sharing v12 and v12.5.1 Testing Documents

I've seen several posts from people looking for guidance with v12 upgrades. I have just posted several files that I use during upgrades. Feel free to customize them for your environment. We upgraded first from v11 to v12.03, then from 12.03 to 12.5.1 so that is why some of them look like dupes - I included worksheets for both.

PLEASE NOTE that these are my personal files and they are to be used in addition to the Network documentation!
