In working with Tessitura technical support, it sounds like there is no current upgrade path between versions 4 and 5 of N-Scan.
I'm curious, what version of N-Scan are most organizations out there using? And have you done any upgrades since your initial implementation

There is definitely an upgrade path from N-Scan V4 to V5. We have done the upgrade in a few locations to date but have not finalized the upgrade scripts and documentation and therefore have not yet made a general announcement. We do expect to have a generally available upgrade package in the very near future.
