error message on website when entering promo code

Hello everyone,

 

I have run into an issue today that I have not had before regarding online discounts set up in Tessitura, in that on our website I am receiving a message on the purchase page for a performance that will not let me proceed with booking:

We are sorry...
There are currently no tickets available for this performance. Please contact The Grand Theatre Box Office at 519-672-8800 to purchase tickets.
 

This message appears on all applicable performances for the offer, and the majority of them do have tickets available.

The following are my regular steps to make a discount active:

 

1)      In Security, make sure that MOS and Price Type are both assigned to the web group

2)      Create the source code, ensuring that it is currently active and remains active until the last effective performance date

3)      In TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO associate the source code to the chosen MOS

4)      In TX_MOS_PRICETYPE associate the MOS to the price type

5)      Assign price type and MOS to applicable performances

6)      Associate the source code and the price type to the MOS through Offers

 

All dates assigned to MOS, Price Type, Offers, etc. are current and encompass the promotional dates.  I even tested associating the source code with a different MOS in TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO, which then let me proceed with booking for a specific date.

 

I did create a new MOS for this promo, so I am wondering if this may be part of the issue.  Any ideas on what I might be missing would be greatly appreciated!
