We have build a new facility and now have to change half of the screens. We also would like to keep the other as is. What is the best approach to accomplishing this task? We have about 8 different screens...

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking but if you want to create a new facility based off an old one, just use the Copy a Facility utility in the Ticketing Processing folder in Reports and Utilities.
Let me know if this is not what you are looking for.

Thank you so much Michele. Is there a way to copy some screens of the facility but not all? Or delete some screens that were created incorerctly?

I believe you can delete by right clicking the housemap in Ticketing Setup, but you should likely do this in test first.
We are able to delete them from the housemap ... We are unable to delete some screens from the Map Painter...
I'm not sure then. Might be time to open a support ticket.
Since we had a few seats associated with that facility, there is no way to delete the screens ( even though all seats have been returned). We made a copy of the facility and then were able to delete unwanted screens.
