Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if there are any organizations using third party software or other devised systems to survey folks offline (ie outside of a network connection ie outside).
We're looking to ask anywhere between 1-10 questions, text fields and multiple-choice, hopefully with something that could turn into a .csv.

We use Survey Monkey a lot. It is easy to use and does a lot of aggregation for you.
