Print at Home PDF templates

Does the e ticket service cache the PDF templates for a certain time? I am making changes to the template but not seeing the changes. I also restarted the service but to no avail.

While we are on the subject, If I have on my template 2 areas that I display the order number, do I have to have 2 order_no data elements on the ticket design or can I use the same element_no for both fields on the pdf?

Thanks,

When you save the changes, are you using the "Save As" option to overwrite the file?  Sometimes just clicking "Save" does not work.

  • Penny, That did the trick!

I was pulling my hair out on that one.

    Thanks for the help.

  • We were having the issue with changes to the templates not showing up in the tickets and reported it to Network Support. They have provided a fix which should be released soon.
