Does the e ticket service cache the PDF templates for a certain time? I am making changes to the template but not seeing the changes. I also restarted the service but to no avail.
While we are on the subject, If I have on my template 2 areas that I display the order number, do I have to have 2 order_no data elements on the ticket design or can I use the same element_no for both fields on the pdf?

I can answer your second question. You must have two order number data elements on the Tessitura ticket design.
