Has anyone done this? I use custom PHP to process a .CHR data dump (member numbers and other address info etc..) from Raisors Edge and then import that directly into Retail Pro. I'm trying to make this work now, but changing the CSV format that Tess dumps... into a .CHR text format that Retail Pro needs it is a bit of a challenge with the different delimiters and field names, etc...
Basically, i'm just wondering if there is a different way to get data from Tess into Retail Pro so that our Retail system can get access to member information, and thereby, track member sales, and provide the proper discounts on merchandise.
