I am getting ready to do my first import/process with the NCOA utility. We are not using MBS for the NCOA service so I am having to format the file we got back. My question is this, should I be importing all of the records or only those with changes indicated?
We did not have the addresses standardized so unless there is an actual move involved, the original addresses are left as is.
Edit: The addresses were CASS certified. So I should probably be importing all of them. But if anyone else has done this and can share their experiences, I'd love to hear from you.
