I've got a package throwing the "price is not valid for this product and/or zone" error for every price type in the package.
I checked the package, the price types are there. I checked the performances, the price types are there and the dates started before today and end after today. The MOS started before today and end after today. I know the price types are in tx_mos_pricetype for the mos in question.
What am I missing?
Check and make sure that the price_types and MOS are assigned to the group in security.
Also, make sure that the MOS is attached to the allocation map and is also the selected allocation map for the performances
Make sure all of the performances are on sale, the drop down and the ticky box.
something that I sometimes forget about is that if you use a fixed seat package and dummy performances to do your flex/short seasons you need to make sure those dummy performances also have the price types built in.
Thanks all for your responses. After further investigation, it turned out the performances in the perf group were not the performances that were supposed to be in the perf group (which were the ones I'd checked). Thanks again!
