Recently we have added Gift vouchers to sell and redeem functionality on our website. The information we have to display on Order confirmation E-mail is Gift voucher number, amount and display. We have managed to display gift voucher and amount on E-mail with the help of Tessitura community replies. Currently desgin information for every gift voucher purchase is getting stored in the notes field of CSI for the customer. We are looking at the option if we can store this information in the field which can easily be extracted under GetOrderDetails Web API method like we do for Gift voucher number and amount.
