We are starting to offer PAH for Website MOS - but a few of our performances are happening in another facility where scanning is not available. How can we disable PAH for those performances?

Do you use TNEW? If so, you'll want to look into LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD:

Before we used TNEW I customized our website to control PAHT availability as a shipping method with a keyword that could be attached to shows that allowed PAHT. This was also handy for being able to change PAHT availability seasonwide as we do not allow it during our presales. Having the ability to use keywords was so useful that I have actually built a customization that reads keywords on performances (and a few other things) and autogenerates entries into LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD for ease of use: the system table is prone to errors and extremely awkward for frequent use.

Hi, one more question - I tried to restrict PAH service for some shows in Tessitura client by selecting Parent Organization Impressario- didn't seem to work. Have you ever tried using that table for a client ( not TNEW)?

It's TNEW only. I don't know anything about restricting shipping methods in the client, although I've had people suggest to me to use different ticket types that don't have PAHT templates set up to prevent it.
It is a different Ticket design since performances are in a separate facility. But PAH option still shows up for Ticket Reps as an option - customers will just never receive their tickets I guess. Am I correct in my assumption?
