Reducing Restrictions overlap with new Contact Point Purposes

Has anyone changed their Mail/Phone/E-Market Restrictions options after adopting Contact Point Purposes? What Restrictions do you have now? Do you use Restrictions differently now since those are more 'global' for an account?

We recently started using Contact Point Purposes and are interested in narrowing down our Mail/Phone/E-Market Restrictions to reduce the overlap but would welcome advice from others who may have experience to share.
