Solicitations Last Updated Date

Ours T_Solicitation table appears to have all Last_Update_dt records created before the upgrade date… Seems to be a general issue with the upgrade?!

We don't use that field at all, so I didn't notice it, but our last_updated date was updated to the date of our conversion as well. Just so you know it isn't only you!

I'd look in the TA_AUDIT_TRAIL table and see if you can track down the changes there. I'm not sure it will be in there, but it's a place to start!

select * from ta_audit_trail where table_name = 'T_SOLICITATION'

We have just completed the upgrade to version 9.0 and our teleservices manager has just let me know that all of the solicitations 'last updated' date have been reset to the date of the upgrade.  This date is something that the teleservices department has used in some reporting and has never been changed in an upgrade before.  Does anyone have an idea of why this upgrade would have triggered the date change?  Also, is the previous date information kept in a table somewhere?
