This may not be possible, but wanted to post in case anyone has done this before. We currently run TNew, which handles e-mail confirmations perfectly for web orders and in person/phone orders. Our Education department has tasked me with creating one just for their performances - more of an invoice than a confirmation, really. These orders have hundreds of student tickets, so TNew doesn't like that. They also need to show a balance. We have created a SSRS report that they use to create a PDF and those are e-mailed manually one by one from Outlook. We're looking to streamline this process and send a customized e-mail confirmation in place of this PDF we make, but with all of the same info. This might just be a customization with Tessitura, but seeing if anyone else has worked around that. Thanks!

Check out my shared report/utility on TASK from a few years ago, "Email Contribution Acknowledgement." I've since updated the utility to email order confirmations as well as contribution acknowledgements from the front-end, based on an HTML template that's supplied from a system table. Among other uses, our Group Sales and Education departments use the utility to generate invoices for their patrons.
If that sounds like something you could use, I'll submit the newer version to TASK and post them on my profile.
