One of our users has a report scheduled to email weekly at 5am on Tuesdays. Last Tuesday he made some changes to the parameters of the report (changed the season selections from 2015 seasons to 2016 seasons). Just after midnight on Friday night (or Saturday morning if you prefer) this report was emailed about 30 times.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions as to what may have caused it?

We ran into a Report Server bug under 12.5 such that if a report was scheduled to run on the last day of the month it would keep sending over and over until the report server was restarted. The fix was to... not schedule reports with the last-day-of-the-month parameter until that bug gets fixed in some future version.
Your issue sounds a little different, but if I were you I'd do the same, i.e. file a ticket on TASK.
