We have a source that has been incorrectly created and promoted (from WordFly). Unfortunately before this was realised it was selected as the source for an order, which means that I am unable to use the Delete Promotions and Sources utility to remove the promotions and the source.
Has anyone successfully deleted promotions & source once they have already been used and have any tips on the best way to go about it/ gotchas to look out for?
Could you edit that order to use another source instead, perhaps the new source you intend to create? I am not sure how that will effect the delete promo utility behaves but it might work.
