Writing off on-account money

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had a SQL query which will bulk write-off on-account money to another payment method.

    Hi Graeme,

    I just posted the query I use annually to expire On Account money to my profile.  I run the On Account Tracking report and save to excel and then manipulate to only keep the ones I want to expire.  I load this back into List Manager for the query.

    Obviously, you'll need to test this in your own test environment first, but it's worked well for me.
