Reports for Reconciliation

Hi everyone,

We are looking to recognize revenue based on paid seats within a performance date range for sub line items on the following seat statuses: Ticketed Paid / Seated Paid/Unseated Paid/and Return in Benevolent Mode (not currently attached to any tickets)

Our team is trying to balance against the following standard reports in Tessitura and are running into variances on fully paid performances.  

Ticket Sales by Period

Performance Sales Summary by PT Category

Performance Sales Analysis

Mode of Sale Analysis Report

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where we might be seeing incorrect data?

    Hi,

    Have you looked at Attendance by Performance?

    You can also select for sublime items status in T-Stats Tickets cube.
