Hi everyone,
Our Marketing department is interested in using the Membership Renewal Notices report, primarily as a means of mass promotion, but also to get CSV data output.
I'm trying to get it up and running and I feel like it's not.. doing anything.. at all..? I run it and it immediately returns a blank page - I try to save as CSV - nothing to Save. It looks like it should be calling AP_RENEWAL_NOTICES - I checked last exec time for that object = never been run. In report setup, the Report Type says System Window. Is this my issue? Should it be changed to Infomaker?

Quick summary, if you just want to get the data out, you can add any of the sample formats listed in that topic to T_FORMAT_INFO, changing the prefix on the format file name from ld_ to d_, and then you can run the report and save the results to a data only format.
