Hi,
We are on 12.1 and use TNS to process our card payments. We are getting a number of cards being declined online returning the following error:
Tessitura.WebAPI.TessituraException: TESSITURA_DECLINATION_EXCEPTION: The credit card submitted was declined. SuperCharge Message: UNKNOWN CARD
As far as I'm aware these are fairly standard card types being used, however it does seem to be the same customers having the difficulty and are just completely unable to order online, yet the payment goes through fine over the phone.
Can anyone shed any light on why this error might be being returned and how we can fix it?
